Growing up, my father was always into photography. I remember him setting the camera up in the living room and from time to time, I would walk by it and press the shutter. Some days would go by and then he would look at his camera and say "Who touched my camera? Colin, did you touch my camera?" He always new that it was me. Earlier on, I never cared about making pictures, but only how the shutter sound. However, as i became much older and started looking at the work of people that I had never heard of before like Leonard Freed, Andrea Kertesz and many others. There works continue to teach me how beautiful life is and that I needed to start paying attention to it. Photography continues to teach me so much about myself and the world that before it I never thought about nor considered.
